July 1st trip with Dad to Ottawa

Charlie and Dad had a solo visit to Ottawa for the weekend. The official business was to get the TN visa renewed.

It was a great time, and was the first time Father and Son have been outside the house without Mother around.

The flight there on the Air Canada Regional Jet was the last row and a little tight, but with a 3-hour nap before Charlie got on the plane the trip was a breaze. There certainly was no room there beside the toilets and a pretty full flight but it worked out well anyways.

The flight back was amazing, it was an Embraer 170 and in row 5 seat a and c (8 was end of business class i think) this was business class. I had complained to the lady checking in that I'd like to get a more roomier seat and since the flight was pretty empty she put us in business class which has plenty of space in it. Charlie was on the verge of sleep the whole trip since it was a noon to 1:30 flight which is typical nap time. Instead we managed to play around and visit the airplane toilet a few times to kill some time.
