Patiner

Saturday's skating at Millenium park in the morning was so hot in the sun that we stripped down to T-Shirts. Of course, the direct sun also melted the ends of the rink so that puddles formed.

Of course, Charlie seemed to fall only at the ends so by the end of it, he was soaking wet. Swimming on the rink.

The rink has plenty of compressors underneath and one of the attendants said that they can skate until its 65 degrees out. We took the train there.

On Sunday, it was milder and actually a better skating day. Still no mittens required, except when you fall, but it was very pleasant skating. We managed to park just on wells and washington which was just a block away and on Sunday's its free. We stopped in for Subway on the way home for lunch to meet up with Eileen.

The afternoon we were back at the pool up near Charlie's school.
